Memberships

Membership to the Hazon Ovadya Congregation offers many privileges including discount rates for High-Holiday seating and other H.O.C. parties and events. Becoming a member also entitles you to vote at member meetings, which will enable you to help shape the future of our synagogue.

 

Most importantly, becoming a member means that you are part of the greater family of HOC.  We are special in our warmth, our hospitality and our generosity, as anyone who is familiar with us knows.  We truly are a family, with all that that word implies.

Membership Prices for 2015 (beginning January 1) are:

$950 for a 1 year, family membership (includes children who are either unmarried or full-time students)

 

$350 for a 1 year, single person or single parent family membership

 

$101 for a student membership under the age of 25

I/We apply for membership in H.O.C. We declare that we are not married contrary to Jewish Law (Halacha)). I/We agree to abide by the constitution, by-laws, and other rules and regulations of the congregation. Also, as member, I/We expect to enjoy all the rights and privileges set forth in the constitutions and by-laws of the congregation.
